handmade bag

How disappointed I was when I had received the package my bestfriend have send to me. The package had a hole which looks like it was torn intentionally. She had send to me a nice pair of white and orange cardigan and a beautiful long neclace with brown stone and a handmade bag in which the handle was broken. It was wrapped carefully in the package that I don't see how it could be ruined. I took pictures of it so my friend can complain and maybe they can return the price of the bag to her. She was also disappointed and at the same time was glad, and she told me that it was sweet of me to take the pictures and the thought about complaining, but the problem was she has no free time in the weekdays to go to the post office. I called her after a week and, I told her that I have already glued together the handles and just need to buy some paint to make it more nicer.
